Please follow the steps below to add an event to the site.
- Create an account by filling out the required fields on this page: Register
- Go to the account page and click on Add Event: Your Account
- Fill out the required fields – attached is an example of a class at one of the Airenjuku clubs – a few pointers so that we all follow the same scheme;
- Event Title should be: Club Name – Venue Name Example: Airenjuku – SOAS
- Choose only one category
- If uploading an image it looks best if it is a transparent PNG with the dimensions = 256x256px
- For class times you only need to create one event and then add a recurrence rule
- Choose a Venue and Organiser from the list – If it’s not listed it wasn’t on the forms! Contact me and I’ll sort it out.
Thats it, you’re all done. Once your Class or Event has been submitted I will verify and then publish the event. Any questions contact Jeff
